Description

I painted this while hearing a song called Nacths (from the album Robbi, Tobbi Und Das Fliewatüüt).

The whole illustration (and the song) represents how I felt the day my father passed away. 
Every detail, colour, object, the composition and the uneven wings are based on my emotions. 

It was still night when everything happened, and all I wanted to do was cry very loud,
but I couldn't because I didn't want to wake the neighbors...
I still regret that choice.
A couple of hours after, I sat on the grass, talking to him...
the sky was exactly like in the painting.

The way I can describe that feeling is like if someone takes away your clothes in a storm,
or being naked in the middle of a gunfire.

It's still hard for me to say goodbye, but I feel much better after painting this.
